DEPOSIT €300 per person, payable with application
Deposit will be returned to your home address 2 weeks after Departure.
Damages, cleaning/painting costs incurred during stay will be deducted
from damage deposit after departure. This charge will be divided evenly
between occupants of the unit.
PAYMENT Deposit and one month rent payable in advance (4 weeks)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
ESB applicable to your rental period will be deducted from your deposit
*You will have sole occupancy of this unit from date of arrival to departure date.
*Unit must be left in a clean and tidy condition after departure.
